    I am submitting this because of the recent controversy surrounding the 15 inch version of this tire. My 17 tire experienced an enxplained complete separation of the exterior sidewall from the tread portion of the tire at 2000 miles, but the vehicle ( a ford expedition) handled it smoothly.
