Pe-00-020-tire on a 1999 ford expedition tire, size not available, and dot number not available. Tires only have 10 thousand mile on them. Consumer noted that tires has cracked around the sidewall area. Tires have a 2-3 inch crack on the tires, and tread could be pulled back at the sidewall which exposed the rubber portion of the tire.
