Takata recall. Ignition mechanism on steering column is locked. Can put key in, but absolutely cannot turn ignition mechanism. Steering wheel is locked and transmission locked in "park". These are safety features and will not unlock until ignition is turned. Vehicle is parked so it is stationary and turned off.
