I am sick and tired of closing my eyes while driving at high speed because your department now allows passenger vehicles to blast oncoming traffic with 4 (four) headlights. I cite in particular the ford expedition where there is no difference between the upper 2 headlights and the lower 2 so-called fog lights. I am sick and tired of being blinded by both suv and luxury vehicle headlights. Last week, i literally had to pull over on the side of a road to wait for my eyes to clear after being blinded by an suv that also had halogen lights.
