Upon inspection, it was discovered that the driver side third row window had exploded and shattered. The cause of the failure was not determined. The window was repaired. Windshield seal flies out at 55mph or greater. Car brand new. Dealers (asheville ford nc) do not know proper repair and dismissive of danger and customer. The dealer falsely marks papers as warrantee repair when a call to for says that vin numbered car had no report of warrantee repair. Fraudulent reporting. Further repairs don't work. One ford dealer, correctly, said windshield and seal must be replaced as a unit.…
