Front seat back cooling system (ted) is malfunctioning. When seat cooling is selected, after 30 minuets, the back of the front seats reach extreme temperatures, resulting in burning everyone that touches the back of the front seats. Vehicle was involved in an accident on a highway. Heavy front end damage. No deployment of airbags. Was advised on this model airbags sensors were placed lower than on current models. I am concerned that they did not deploy.
