Starting and Stopping the Engine

If you are unable to start your vehicle, do the following:

Intelligent Access Key Back-up Slot Location

  1. Access the backup slot.
  1. With the buttons facing the front of your vehicle, insert the passive key into the backup slot.
  1. With the key in this position, press the brake pedal then press the push button ignition switch to switch the ignition on and start your vehicle.
